CHOCOLATE CAKE BAKED OATS
Cake for breakfast? It doesn't get much better than that!

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 45 g oats
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 small banana
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 125 ml oat milk
- 1-2 tbsp roughly chopped dark chocolate (I use 70%)
- to serve: vegan yoghurt, almond butter, berries & extra chopped dark chocolate
Instructions

Mix the flaxseed with 3 tbsp of warm water. Refrigerate for 20 minutes, until thickened and gloopy.

Preheat the oven to 170°c (fan assisted)/375°f/gas 5.

Combine the oats, cocoa powder, banana, baking powder, maple syrup, oat milk and flaxseed mixture in a food processor. Blend until completely smooth.

Pour the mixture into a small ovenproof dish and sprinkle over the chopped dark chocolate. Bake for 25-30 mins, or until springy to touch.

Serve warm topped with yoghurt, almond butter, berries and extra chopped dark chocolate.
