PLANT-BASED COOKERY CLASSES


Based in my home kitchen in Chichester, West Sussex, my cookery classes aim to help those of you who are feeling uninspired in the kitchen. All my lessons are completely plant-based and will teach you how to eat with the seasons and to produce the most delicious, wholesome 3-course meal you can imagine.

The cookery classes are demonstration based with lots of chances to ask questions/take notes and plenty of added tips. Throughout the evening I will show you how to prepare and cook a 3-course meal, which will be shared and enjoyed together at the end of the class. There will be recipe packs for each person to take home, filling you with the confidence to make the dishes again.

The classes run in small groups of up to 6 people. I encourage the group to have fun and get to know one another, making the classes an enjoyable experience whether you’ve come on your own, or with a friend. WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

The class will run from 5pm and finish at approximately 8:30pm. The first two hours or so will be spent as a demonstration, with the remainder of the evening left for enjoying the food. Expect a relaxed atmosphere, delicious food and a unique, fun evening.

WHAT DOES MY TICKET INCLUDE?

Each ticket includes the following:

  • A glass of prosecco or kombucha on arrival.
  • A full cooking demonstration of a seasonal, plant-based 3-course meal.
  • A sit down 3-course meal including a glass of wine and/or soft drinks.
  • Nutrition, cooking and foodie tips throughout the evening.
  • One printed recipe booklet to take home.

WHAT WILL WE BE COOKING?

The menu for each class will change each month to make the most of the UK’s best seasonal produce. However, if you would like to see a sample menu you can do so here.

I can cater for most allergies and intolerances, just please check with me prior to booking.

HOW CAN I BOOK

Click this link to find my list of upcoming dates (new dates are added on a monthly basis, so please keep checking back if you are unable to find one suitable). Follow the ‘Book Now’ link for your chosen date through to Eventbrite, where you can follow the instructions and book in. A week before your chosen date, I shall send you an email to provide you with the event address and any other information you may need.

Classes have all been Covid-19 risk-assessed and a course of action has been devised in line with current government guidelines. It is my absolute priority to keep everyone safe, so if for any reason you need to postpone your booking due to Covid-19 I will, of course, make it easy for you to do so.
