  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 egg white
  • 2½ tbsp Marmite
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground garlic
  • 6 thyme sprigs leaves picked

Hi Georgie, I LOVE your recipes and how much you obviously enjoy developing them and sharing them 😊😊
What could I substitute for the egg white if I wanted to make these for vegan guests ?
    Thank you

Thank you that’s very kind – I would use aquafaba (the liquid in a can of chickpeas). Probably about 2 tablespoons.
