COFFEE BREAKFAST SHAKE
Thick, sweet and totally delicious. This shake makes the perfect on-the-go breakfast!

Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 heaped tbsp peanut butter
- 1 Medjool date pitted
- 1 double espresso shot
- 200 ml-250 ml milk (I use oat milk)
- 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder optional
Instructions

Combine the frozen banana, peanut butter, Medjool date, espresso, milk and protein powder (if using) in a blender. Blitz until smooth, adding a little more milk if you would prefer your shake thinner.
