COFFEE BREAKFAST SHAKE

Thick, sweet and totally delicious. This shake makes the perfect on-the-go breakfast!

Prep Time 5 minutes
Total Time 5 minutes
Servings 1 glass

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 heaped tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 Medjool date pitted
  • 1 double espresso shot
  • 200 ml-250 ml milk (I use oat milk)
  • 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder optional

Instructions

  1. Combine the frozen banana, peanut butter, Medjool date, espresso, milk and protein powder (if using) in a blender. Blitz until smooth, adding a little more milk if you would prefer your shake thinner.

  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
