PB & J BLENDED OVERNIGHT OATS
I'm sure you've tried overnight oats, but have you had them blended? It's a revelation!

Ingredients
- 45 g oats
- 15 g vanilla protein powder optional, see notes
- 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 125 ml milk (I use oat milk)
- 50 g raspberries
TOPPING
- 15 g dark chocolate melted
- 1 tbsp milk (I use oat milk)
Instructions

Blitz the oats into a flour in a food processor/blender. Add the protein powder, peanut butter and milk, then blend again, until smooth.

Roughly mash the raspberries and spoon them into the bottom of a glass or jar. Pour the blended oat mixture on top, then refrigerate for 20 minutes.

To make the topping, whisk together the melted dark chocolate and milk until smooth. Pour the mixture on top of the blended oats and smooth over with a spoon. Refrigerate overnight.
Recipe Notes
If you are not using the protein powder, remove 25ml of milk and replace with 1 tbsp of maple syrup.
