Everyone loves a crumble! And this one, made with summery strawberries, is perfect for the warmer months.
Remove the strawberry leaves and chop each one in half. Place into a medium ovenproof dish and mix with the brown sugar, vanilla extract and orange zest.
To make the topping, combine the rolled oats, flour, salt, brown sugar and butter in a bowl. Rub the mixture between your fingers and thumbs until it is combined and resembles large breadcrumbs.
Cover the strawberries with the crumble topping, then bake for 40-50 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve with ice cream, cream or custard.
