1tbspmaraschino cherry syrup(plus one of the cherries)
champagne or cremantto top
Instructions
Combine the kirsch and maraschino cherry syrup at the bottom of a flute glass, then top up very gently with your fizz of choice. Carefully pop a marachino cherry into the glass and watch as it sinks to the bottom. Give everything a stir, just before drinking.
