Wintery yet refreshing - the perfect tipple for Dry January!
Fill 4 heavy-bottomed glasses with ice.
Juice both the blood oranges and limes. Stir the juice together with the maple syrup, then divide between the 4 glasses.
Top each glass up with soda water and give them a stir with the rosemary stalks. Serve immediately whilst ice cold.
Depending on how sweet the blood oranges are you might find you’ll prefer more/less maple syrup. You can always stir a few more drops of sweetness into the final drink if you so wish.
If you would like to make this alcoholic, add a shot of gin at the same point as the blood orange juice, then top up with soda water.
