Salty-sweet clusters of crunchy oat goodness - it's the best granola in the world!
Preheat the oven to 130°c (fan assisted)/300°f/gas 2.
Combine the melted butter & maple syrup in a large mixing bowl.
Add the flour, oats, seeds, nuts and cinnamon and use a wooden spoon to combine. Pour the mixture onto a lined baking tray and spread it into one even layer, compacting it down with the back of the spoon. Bake for 45-55 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and season with sea salt. Mix well and allow to cool completely. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
